Two famous pianists, Anna Pham, an overseas Vietnamese in the US, and Peter Seivewright from the UK, will give a special performance today (July 3) at the Vietnam National Musical Academy at 77 Hao Nam street, Hanoi
Anna Pham (or Pham Hong Hanh in Vietnamese) was born in 1970 in Hanoi After 6 years studying art at Russia’s Gnhensin Institute, she continued to study at McGill University. In 2001, she was granted a master’s degree in music in Canada.
At present, she is living in the US and working as a music teacher at the Agape Music Centre in Rosemead city.
Peter Seivewright, born in 1954 in Skipton, the UK, is a famous British pianist. He studied at Oxford University and at the Royal Northern College of Music in Manchester. The artist has issued many CDs of famous works by some music composers from Denmark.
