France helps preserve Hue relics

Thua Thien-Hue – The Hue Relics Preservation Centre is building a community-based preservation campaign with the assistance of the French northernmost region of Nord Pas de Calais.
 


The core of the campaign will be local young people, who will be equipped with knowledge on the heritage law and Hue relics through experts’ lectures and fact-finding tours and then pass on the information to people around them.

Hudreds of youth union member have attended lectures on the history and values of Nha Nhac (Royal Court Music) as part of the campaign.

The Hue Relics Preservation Centre has recently organised a bike parade along the streets carrying banners calling on the public to join in preservation efforts.
